We give you a price estimate on the phone. When the final price can only be set on site, the technician tells you the price before starting any work.
What to tell us when you call
Where you are and whether anyone is in immediate danger. What has happened — locked out, broken in, lock failed, key snapped. What kind of door or vehicle, and for a car the year, make and model.
That last detail matters more than people expect on automotive calls, because it determines what blank and what equipment we bring. Thirty seconds on the phone can save a second trip.
When it is not actually an emergency
If nobody is locked out and nothing is insecure, a scheduled visit is often the better choice. A stiff lock, a worn key or a door that closes but sticks can usually be booked for a time that suits you.
We will tell you that on the phone rather than treating every call as urgent.
